Where are you located? Currently, we have 3 locations in Western New York area. Our Williamsville location is located at 5422 Main Street in the heart of the Village between Union and Cayuga. Our Downtown location is situated at Avant Downtown at 200 Deleware Avenue in the city of Buffalo. Our third location is 9424 Transit Road in East Amherst.
Is there parking?
At the Main Street location there is private parking behind the salon as well as off-street parking in front of the salon or public parking across Main Street on Village Square Drive. At the Avant Downtown, parking is available on Delaware or in the parking lot located behind the Avant building. The East Amherst location has ample parking.
What should I bring for a visit to the Spa?
Usually, we recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. If you have special dietary or hydration needs we highly recommend bringing items to satisfy those needs. Other than that, it is all about relaxation!
How much notice do you require if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required if you are unable to keep an appointment, cancellation fees are as follows: with 24-hour notice there is no fee, less than 24-hour notice there is a 50% fee charged. For parties and contracts a 48-hour notice of cancellation is required or you forfeit that deposit.
How far in advance should I book my appointment to be sure I get the time and day I desire?
We suggest booking at least 2-weeks in advance, the earlier you book the better, in order to guarantee getting the dates and times you want. We now schedule up to 1 year in advance so we can book "standing" appointments if this is something that works with your schedule. For Parties we highly recommend booking 3 months in advance.
How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you kindly check in 10 –15 minutes prior to your services.
Is their storage for my valuables?
At this time Capello Salon Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. There are several coat racks and closets, but you store clothing and valuables at your own risk.
If I would like to leave a gratuity for my service person, how do I do so?
Small gratuity envelopes are found at the front desk. Don't forget to write both your name and the name of the person who provided you with the service!
What spa services can I enjoy with a friend or my partner?
At the Main Street location you can enjoy a pedicure with up to 5 of your friends (6 total)! We can accommodate 10 of you at one time for manicures, and up to 3 facials! Or you can relax with a couples massage (two people are worked on in the same room at the same time). |
